It's always innerestitg to see people adapting to see Fortune 1000-style IT expenditure getting substituted with Startup style low-cost open source for just about any office productivity software. It will be great if you can share any updates on your SugarCRM's performance in its first 2 quarters. Met the business case?Talking about VC funding, its still much needed even in TMT sector startups the prime cost being human resources to scale up a working model.

Couldn't agree more. Having just gone through the start-up prceoss with our business, I can already see the inefficiencies of manual tracking, filing, and excel spreadsheets after only a few months. They are user intensive, cumbersome, and ineffective. CRM software is a must.
